Pattern accommodates U.S./Can. Men's shoe sizes 9-12.
Finished length in inches: 10 ¼” (10 ½”, 10 ¾”, 11”)
Finished length in centimetres: 26 (26.7, 27.3, 27.9)

•MC: 263 yd (240 m) Sport Weight 100% wool felting yarn for slipper bodies
•CC: 104 yd (95 m) Sport Weight 100% wool felting yarn for soles
•size 7 (4.5mm) circular knitting needles
•darning needle
•2 – 4 wooden buttons of choice
•sewing shears
•fabric glue
•1 square foot of leather for soles
•leather punch

Gauge: 18 sts and 36 rows = 4 inches in garter stitch

I originally designed these for my husband.  I loved the idea of using the contrast of a felted slipper with an un-felted strap, giving the entire slipper more texture and dimension.  Knit from the bottom up, this pattern is fun to knit and is entirely seamless.
This pattern was designed with the intermediate knitter or adventurous beginner in mind.  The entire slipper is knit in garter stitch.  Techniques within the pattern include knitting in the round, picking up stitches, short rows and felting.  The pattern also includes many high definition photos throughout, as well as detailed felting instructions and a leather sole tutorial.
